This art-piece was an experiment in lighting. The original idea was to find different palettes and apply them to the same piece of artwork in order to illustrate an object at different times of day. Not only was this experiment helpful from an illustrative standpoint, but it was also helpful in viewing different color mixtures and seeing their reactions.
