The project represents the permeation of nature and the built, as well as nature and people. After the first settlement of Bežanijska Kosa, the inhabitants were engaged in farming, growing vineyards and corn. Farming is a tradition of Bežanijska Kosa. The location is characterized by fertile soil and strong southeast wind. Therefore, there is a potential for the development of modern farming - urban farming. Each resident would have their own piece of land to work on. The houses are semi-detached and have common elements such as a swimming pool and an underground winery.
