Telenor ID is an SSO solution for all applications and services in the ecosystem of Telenor and its telco industry partners. With Telenor ID, mobile subscribers can enjoy additional security and convenience by having their phone numbers automatically recognised and verified by their operator's mobile network.
This product serves all Telenor Group with a secure gateway to their core businesses. It is currently integrated into seven Business Units, with presence in the Nordic countries, in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and in Asia, in Bangladesh, Thailand, Pakistan and Myanmar.

Design process
I lead the design of this digital authentication product with a user base of over 70 million people in the Nordics and Asia. Our design process includes:
• Maintaining standardised design components and style guidelines properly documented in our own Design System.
• Constantly facilitating internal and external design workshops and sprints, and maintaining a close relationship with our stakeholders.
• Applying several UX methods in our daily operations, among card sorting, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, parallel design, personas, prototyping, and usability tests – we engage our end-users in our design iterations through UserTesting.com.
• In terms of UX copyright, we design with different languages and countries in mind. We must consider unique tones of voice and synchronise with stakeholders to ensure consistency.
