Worked with Alzheimer's Association of Dallas & Northeast Texas to create a cohesive program summary for Community Forums in their highlighted regions. Final product was coil bound with custom-cut tab dividers for each county. This sample highlights covers, front matter, and one county's data—the remainder of the counties followed the same format, customized to their demographics and results.
