국립한글박물관 한글놀이터 <나의 특별한 하루>
용산에 위치한 국립한글박물관의 한글놀이터가 새롭게 단장을 했습니다. 재개관한 한글 놀이터 ‘나의 특별한 하루’는 어린이가 신나게 놀면서 한글을 이해하고 한글로 다양한 생각을 표현할 수 있도록 구성되었습니다. 총 3부로 구성되어 있으며 김용관 작가님, 김현 작가님과 함께 저는 2부, 3부에 있는 인터랙티브 영상에 참여하였습니다.
National Hangeul Museum has a new grand opening after a long renovation. In the exhibition ‘My Special Day’, children can understand and learn the Hangeul, the Korean alphabet, through various interactive experiences. I made animations for the 2nd and 3rd parts of the exhibition.

3부. 꿈꾸는 나의 방 (My Room Where I Dream)
3부의 ‘꿈꾸는 나의 방’은 한글로 소통하는 공간으로, 사랑하는 가족에게 전하고 싶은 마음을 별체나 구름체로 직접 벽에 적을 수 있으며, 한글 자음 초성자와 연관된 이미지를 살펴볼 수 있는 인터랙티브 체험 전시를 감상할 수 있습니다. 강아지로 변하는 ‘ㄱ’한글 젤리, 나비로 변하는 ‘ㄴ’한글 젤리 등 각각의 한글 자음 젤리가 다양한 사물로 변신하는 꿈속 세상을 만나볼 수 있습니다.
The 3rd part is called “My Room Where I Dream” which is the space where you can interact with Hangeul. In this area, children try writing Hangeul themselves. Also, they can experience the dreamy world. In this world, children can have fun while also learning vocabulary by touching each consonant.

2부. 친구에게 하고 싶은 말 (What I want to say to my friend)
2부의 ‘친구에게 하고 싶은 말’은 음성인식 시스템을 활용하여 어린이 관람객이 친구에게 하고 싶은 말 8가지 중에 골라 마이크에 대로 말하면 영상으로 한글의 모아쓰기, 풀어쓰기를 체험할 수 있는 영상입니다.
In the 2nd part, an installation with a voice recognition system shows combinations of consonants and vowels of Hangeul.
