I want to challenge the traditions associated with weaving by breaking down and reducing this art form. Using self-made paper frames, each individual piece’s shape evolves with the process of weaving and becomes handful elements. They can be seen as puzzle pieces, “jewelries”, “stones”... They are no longer static weavings on the wall, but interactive, basic units that inspire further creative invention.
