These icons were created as part of a wider theme for children's patient experience surveys. They are used in the paper and online surveys for University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust. The brief was to create icons for the response scale and any others needed for the survey on an ocean theme as the children's ward at the hospital has this theme. The fish needed to be expressive, colourful and approachable to make them appealing and relatable to for children.
