The Digital Continuum is an art museum focusing on digital projection as its main art form. This project aims to explore the Art Museum of Kangaroo Island’s potential of being a ground of memorialisation, devoted to the island’s recent tragedies, through the unique and tourist-friendly art form of projection and art with a dimension of time. This will be aided by botanical accompaniments to facilitate usage during daylight hours. This development is staged so as to allow the client to gradually upgrade facilities within their budget, as well as to memorialise the design itself in time as it evolves.
