An alchemist who strive to discover remedies for business and design challenges that brands across industries muddle through. My well rounded solutions, strategies based on effective research & insights help to flourish business landscapes institutionalizing best practices in design teams, doing justice to users, making systems more human centric with overarching  intuitive experience designs. I work like a scientist while doing research and analyze usability gaps. I run a thought shop that relentlessly churn innovative ideas. If Business or product needs design team building, augmenting resources for projects, I hire right people, if marketing & sales team needs POC, project effort estimation, if design team needs direction I can be their North Star, I can lead, deliver projects, onshore- offshore transcontinental engagements. I engineer the formulas for businesses to step up their games without even reinventing the wheel because I believe connecting right dots and pulling right strings can do miracles when tide is high.

WHAT I DO
I explore depths of human minds, do immersive research, apply behavioral & cognitive  psychology, empower systems with human centric design. New challenges intrigue me intellectually and  from initial strategy, research creative concept  cuts through business ethnography, architectural landscapes interaction patterns to deliver a cohesive experience for customers. Each business opportunity is like a planet to me, surrounded by moons. I study and  understand eco system, dig deep into DNA of it to diagnose problems that has been lingering, analyze requirement to help brands with apt solution, get momentum to get them back in the game and ensure stay on top of it transpiring real digital impact. I ensure ventures get the best possible support from design front, sending it off into the world fully equipped to succeed.

My early exposure to interactive media took me to different trajectory as my path crossed with software industry in 2005 embarking upon a journey into a creative digital medium. It started with Tata Interactive systems, followed by Brainvisa Technology aka Indecomm Learning where not only I learned agile project management methods to lead two cross functional teams focused on omni-channel solutions for B2B, B2C space, managing multiple client engagements that lent a benchmark in company’s cost intensive regime by cutting operational cost, a revenue upsurge, and most importantly expanded client portfolio in turn acquiring new clients like UPS, Microsoft, Elsevier ensued high business impact for long haul, but also acquiring valuable depth knowledge in programming languages, business eco system of software industry groomed me for my major turning point when in 2009, Infosys Technology’s core digital design team offered a consultant role that required depth & dexterity in all facets of next level experience design overhaul software design process. 
My strategic endeavours to craft & sell our value propositions, won us new engagements like Toyota self-care app that spearheaded their customer retention drive in Europe to recuperate dwindling sales figures, ULTA beauty app that repositioned their brand in North American demography, curved out a robust consultancy job market for our business unit. Rewards & recognitions I witnessed fundamental shift in my process of building transition plan from proposal to project delivery, resource management, manoeuvring upstream dynamics towards cost leadership after completing PRINCE2 project management certification & Harvard Manage Mentor leadership certification sponsored by Infosys in 2013. Experiencing a Pivotal role handling big clients & cardinal business transformation in Infosys infused competitive edge to be selected in 2014 by IBM interactive team who needed experienced design strategists only for Indian markets to win projects to local boutique agencies, suited my professional milestone. 

Within a year I delivered projects like Idea cellular mobile app that strengthened a long relationship with Aditya Birla group, trailblazing on google play-store, halved customer-care outsourcing cost for Idea cellular but projects like SBI My-world tested my strength to scale every length & breadth of service design to craft disruptive solution to institutionalize digital transformation in this PSU bank stand out in a red ocean fin-tech market. My quest to work with top design agency like FJORD and its stellar client profile gravitated my career path towards Accenture and no wonder in 2016, my profile was selected for Accenture Interactive who were looking for specialists who are IBM certified design thinking strategist, only for service design projects. It was honour & privilege to closely work with Accenture FJORD, even though briefly, Accenture innovation and strategy teams, business consulting teams, innovation lab in several projects winning business opportunities, delivering digital transformation projects like Hot-star, Telstra, Rio Tinto, U.N Umoja gained long-term revenue intensive projects for Accenture technology.

 My quest to explore finance domain took me to join American Fin-tech giant Fiserv as offshore engagement lead to strategize product upscale, overhaul innovation, apart from web, mobile based e-payments, business banking products integrating new technologies like AR VR voice interaction banking, I expedite new revenue streams for my business unit crafting service offerings like UX maturity tool to measure product usability in turn new engagements. I augment UX resources for offshore engagement. Till now key accomplishments entail integration of new products to 6 North American banks. Working in diverse fields from Advertising, media, e-learning, Software design lent subtle nuances that enriched my creative sphere, and over a period of time transformed into major competitive edge. Groomed and nurtured in multi-disciplinary, cross functional professional environment, working in different capacities with umpteen teams across globe from The UK, U.S.A, and India to Australia, transcontinental business engagements, my honed knowledge, skills and work ethics scaled several lengths and breadths subsuming wide range of ingredients to shape my oeuvre
