The following residential project was completed during my first year, and is my first set of completed working drawings and floor plans done on Auto Cad.

The project consists of annotated floor plans with finishes, wood framing structure plans, door and window schedules, and detailed section drawings of the wall, footing, stairs, and a complete building section.

The objective of this project was to design a two-storey residence, following appropriate residential OBC standards with the inclusion of L.E.E.D. on an assigned site plan.

The project was completed in April of 2020, in Sheridan College's Architectural Technology Program.
