Next Stop: Nowhereland
The Description:
This is a series of photos, from what I call, a photo walk in Ellicott City, MD.
I drove North to the town of Ellicott City and walked around taking photos near the train station and museum. Afterwards, I began exploring the area. I walked a few streets and trails. This is where I came across the other set of train tracks and a tunnel.
The photo with the bridge is the outside of one end of the tunnel. The photo with the graffiti on the brick wall is the outside of the other end of the tunnel. I would estimate the distance in between to be about a quarter of a mile. As I walked through the tunnel to get to the other side for photos, I had to use several flashlights because the further I walked into the tunnel, the darker it began to get. These tracks were very far off course and were a bit hard to come by the second time I went looking for them.
