The Ugly Grocer
The Ugly Grocer is a grocery store that sells these wonky fruits and vegetables with aims to reduce unnecessary food wastage for the better of our environment. They sell rejected groceries that are fully edible to build a better food system for everyone.
The concept is "Embracing Imperfections", this is to show that
there is nothing ‘perfect’ in this world. Perfection is an unattainable ambition. Just like humans, we’re all unique in our own way, why expect any different with our food? To promote embracing the ugly!
