This is my entry for the global  UN Women Global Call to Creatives: Artivism for Gender Equality competition. The challenge was to visualize and capture what activism and actions for gender equality mean to you and share your vision of a gender-equal future.

The illustration is titled as "The magnifying glass of possibilities " which depicts the perspective of a little girl and how she sees herself in her reflection.The reflection that the girl sees has 5 different leading representations of herself, each one offering a very powerful and leading perspective to her future. 

She can be seen in different roles like a surgeon, a business woman, a beautiful model, an army officer and a commercial pilot.All the different roles that the girl observes are situated inside of a female biological symbol which is also depicted as a magnifying glass. Some elements of nature can also be observed like the leaves which symbolizes growth, prosperity and the little girl's blossoming future.
