My brother owns a fly fishing store in Virginia, so he meets cool people a lot. Some how he crossed paths with Jessica, a women passionate about the outdoors and about the outdoors specifically in Virginia. She was starting a podcast and needed design, so my brother sent her my way. 

We had a tight deadline of about four weeks to get through three rounds of drafts and create all of the collateral, which was fun for me to do during quarantine! They ended up loving this illustration based on a photography Jessica had actually taken, mixed with a logo inspired by vintage Virginia peanut cans (If you're Virginian, you get it. They're the best peanuts). 

I really thrived working on this project. Steph and Jessica were absolutely incredible clients, I loved the subject matters, and I loved the challenge of the smaller deadline to accomplish everything. If you're curious about the podcast, give it a listen!
