Rags the Monster
Rags is a friendly monster living in the frigid temperatures of the arctic. Rags is originally from Northwest Iceland and was separated from his family at a young age during a severe boat accident. While looking for safe land, Rags came across a colony of penguins who soon became his family. Being from Iceland, he was already suited for the cold temperatures with his thick, furry coat. Currently, he lives in an igloo with his brother, Peter Penguin, who he is always with. Peter Penguin’s parents soon took Rags under his wing and raised him like one of their own.
Rags has now grown up a bit since when he first met the penguin colony and enjoys spending time with the other penguins in the colony. On his free time, he is found swimming with the other penguins and participating in glacier sliding. Each year, they create a new glacier sliding course for an annual competition. When Rags first began competing in these competitions, he was not particularly good and came in last almost every year. Recently, Rags has improved and has been the winner for the past three years. He enjoys being with his penguin family still remains grateful for his rescue about ten years back.
