For this project, we were instructed to create a series of print materials—a cover letter, resume, reference page, and business cards—to represent our personal brand, or identity.  To do this I used Adobe Illustrator to digitalize my logo designs, then used Adobe InDesign to format the text elements. I feel as if I strengthened my skills in InDesign through this project. I also gained a stronger understanding of how I'd like to market my artwork to the public, which is something I have been meaning to work on.

In this mind map, I determined what makes me, "me," in regard to my art.

I made several font pairings to determine which would work best for my print materials. I chose to use the first group in my work. 

Tracing the sketches for my logos using the Pen tool in Illustrator. 

I made copies of my logo options in order to see what looked best. I also picked out several Pantone spot colors to use. The highlighted squares were my final choice. 

Working on creating a body text paragraph style in InDesign, used within my cover letter.

Creating a grid with margins & finalizing the order of my resume. 

Adding some design embellishments to my references page to fill in extra white space.
