FAQS

What is glutathione IV treatment?

Glutathione IV (intravenous) treatment is a cutting edge process of directly injecting the nourishing cocktail of glutathione and vitamins into your blood stream. The procedure maximizes the body’s absorption of the mixture, resulting into faster and more visible  results.

How many sessions will I need?

We normally recommend 5 - 10 sessions for clients to see the desired effect of the infusions. However, if you have specific skin-whitening goals, the number of sessions will depend on the current state of your skin before the treatment. During your consultation, we will discuss the most effective way to achieve your ideal skin tone.

We recommend a 4 - 7 days interval between each session.

Will it hurt?

You may feel a momentary discomfort as our nurse inserts the IV needle into your arm. A minimal bruising may also appear upon insertion of the drip. Do not worry because the bruising will fade in a day or so. The rest of the session is painless and there is absolutely no down time.

Are there any side effects?

Glutathione is an organic compound naturally found in our bodies and in a wide array of foods, so bad side effects of injecting the proper amount of glutathione in our bodies are not likely to happen.

Allergic reactions are very rare but for your safety, we encourage that you disclose your medical history during consultation. We ensure that our highly trained and qualified  medical professionals will look after your concerns during every session.

What results can I expect?

The results will depend on the state of your skin tone upon the start of the sessions and its response to the treatment.

Usually, for clients with dark, olive-looking skin tone, results are visible in as early as 1 to 3 months. Clients with darker brown skin tone can expect results in around 4 to 6 months.

Is the treatment permanent?

The results of the IV treatments last longer than whitening lotions or other oral treatments but are not permanent. We will provide you with a maintenance program specifically designed for your needs.

Modifying your lifestyle choices can also prolong the effects of the treatment, like avoiding excessive sun exposure, refraining from smoking, too much alcohol intake, and choosing a healthier diet.

How do I know if I am suitable for glutathione IV treatment?

Upon visiting our clinic, clients go through an initial consultation to ascertain that they are well enough to undergo any recommended treatment. During your consultation, we encourage that you disclose your full medical history so that we can determine if IV infusion is the best treatment for you.
