Cité-Stellaire | Stellar-City
Light pollution is one of the biggest problems of the last century. And it's not only problematic for stargazing! It affects human and animal behaviour. Studies show that light pollution at various levels is also impacting animal behaviors, such as migration patterns, wake-sleep habits, and habitat formation (National Geographic - 2019).

Stellar-City was made for stargazer from the north hemisphere. Looking at stars is not easy in the city. Constellations are roughly visible with the buildings, the street lamps and other light sources. We wanted to create a book that had maps and reference guides for stargazer in the city, but also educate and raise awareness towards light pollution.
A handy guide that won't die. Unlike your phone.
Throughout the pages, the book takes you on a journey of little discoveries. From tips and tricks on how to be prepared to stargaze, to actual tools (your hands) to measure the night sky and never be lost again.

Just BYOT (Bring Your Own Torchlight)

A guide for those of us who are lost in the night
It's not supposed to an exhaustive guide referencing everything. This guide doesn't pretend to be 100% accurate. But, it does give you the bases you need, to be able to find your way, shall you ever need to find Ursa Major and your life depended on it.
Starwheel included. No need to break the bank.
The release of this book also includes a starwheel. It's specifically made for stargazing in the city. Notice the few stars missing, compared to a complete starwheel? We wanted to make this as realistic as possible. Be the master of the stars tonight.
