Adding extensions from third-parties is as easy as it can be. All you need to do is open the same extensions tab, which you opened using the instructions above and look for an option titled “Allow extensions from other stores.” You will find a toggle switch next to this option. Slide to the ‘On’ position. Then, you will get a warning message saying, “Microsoft hasn’t verified the extensions in the Chrome web store.” Ignore this warning without worrying and hit the “Allow” button to move on.
Adding Extensions
Now, navigate to Google’s listings of extensions by clicking on the Web Store displayed on a new tab screen. Alternatively, you can type “Google Chrome Extensions” in Google’s search bar to open the extensions page. On this page, you will find various Google extensions. You can choose from the attachments labeled “Add to Chrome” in blue and click on “Add extension” to add it to Edge. A pop-up message will appear with a warning message. Ignore the warning and hit the Confirm button.
