Driven by design-build thinking Appalachian’s furniture design students carry projects through their entirety, from modeling, renders, and fabrication. The program positions its students to enter the job market as highly skilled designers and artisans by riding the line between design and craft right down the middle. Pulling from the materials, studios, and tools students use daily, we crafted a tactile and well-mannered identity that reflected the program’s experience.
