Onigirazu Photo Project
A commissioned product/food photo project for a budding food business of a client.
I was blessed enough to be the one whom they commissioned to shoot these delicious japanese fusion rice treats!
The intended purpose of these photos are for advertisement and marketing of the product. Showcasing the very enticing and mouth watering food that they offer.
So for the process of the shoot, I was tasked to both style, rig, and shoot the entire lineup of products.
The setup is as listed below:
Camera: Sony A6300
Lens: Meike 35mm F1.7
Flash: Nikon Sb-600
Modifiers: Godox 60x60 Softbox
Transmitters: Andoer 3 receiver 1 transmitter combo
Most of the textures and styling here are also directed by me(the photographer). With the help of the Chef behind the dishes, we were able to produce these photographs.

Please do note that all of these photos are shot considering that there will be a text layout on top of the photo. That is why the use of a lot of negative space.
