Portraits for NHS Heroes

This is Belén. She is a frontline NHS worker at John Radcliff hospital in Oxford. Here she is getting ready to start another of her night shifts in the Covid19 area of the hospital. This is the first portrait honouring the health workers that are on the frontline fighting against this pandemic around the world.
Meet Christian.
As a paramedic, his job involves a whole range of patients, from those in trauma situations like road traffic collisions and stabbings to chest pains and breathing difficulties. The job is entirely unique within healthcare. No two days are the same and you have to adapt to the wide range of presentations you see. One minute you can be going to an elderly fall, the next your going to a cardiac arrest. All of this within a wide range of environments in the public with only your knowledge and equipment to help out a patient. More recently the ambulance service has been on the front line fighting COVID-19 in the U.K. Stabilising those patients that are critically unwell before transferring them to hospital to get the more specialist emergency care that they so desperately need.
This is my third portrait under @tomcroftartist iniciative representing the real heroes out there doing their best efforts to help the most in need.
Liz is a Palliative Care Nurse Specialist working for St David's Hospice Care, supporting the people of the South Wales Valleys, caring for patients who have been diagnosed with life limiting conditions in their own home. This is my second portrait on behalf of @tomcroftartist great iniciative, honouring the heroes of health service who are doing their best to tackle this pandemic.
A moment in the life of a ICU nurse during this world pandemic. Meet Victoria, aka Vicky @vicky.cg.a . She's an ICU nurse at the Oxford hospital assigned to the covid19 ICU wing.
