Typography Guidelines Poster

Project 3 Typography Guidelines Poster ADVE2291
Making a poster keeping in mind the font, typography, and design using InDesign.
Here are the posters I looked at to get some inspiration for fonts, graphics, illustrations, and how the font works in the posters
I started by copying and pasting the given writing onto a InDesign document to start editing the text
I used paragraph styles to make text editing easier and faster by putting the curser in the paragraph and clicking either the body copy for the text body and sub head for the headings of the text body.
I chose a navy blue pantone colour as I liked the deep and dark colour. I put the colour onto the sub heading style to make it easier to edit the style of the sub heading.
This is the process of making a graphic to help explain how kernelling works. I used arrows and two letters to explain the distance between two letters.
Here's another graphic explaining to not use underlines for emphasis and to instead bold typography or italicize typography. and this follows the guidelines of typography
I inserted the Graphics onto the writing and I played around with the locations of the graphics to see what worked the best for placements of the graphics.
Here is the finished product on a presentation board following my school's turn in policy to make it easy for people to contact and find out who did the work.
