PROJECT: BAZAAR OFFICE
BUILT: 2020
SIZE: 5000 SFT
NATURE: FREELANCE
The goal for this office was to create a collaborative workspace for a father-son duo for their two different offices. Both had significantly different working styles. One wanted an open work space and the other wanted private offices. They were decided on one matter though – the office must be significantly white with pops of colour. Environmental graphics, furniture and decorative lights were to render the space fun and lively.
Common spaces, such as the reception, meeting rooms and cafeteria were centralised on the plan, with each office flanking on either sides. There was only one natural light source (on far left), hence walls were given maximum transparency by introduction of glass and screens to let light to filter through.
Since graphics were to be an integral part of the space, a graphic designer was hired to work on several areas of the project.
Environmental graphics prepared for the office space.

Eventually it seemed like Bazaar needed the whole floor and was given so; Anex Office was moved to a different site.
