Experience Playbook for Interdisciplinary Programs

Project Ask:

As part of the Experience Design class, we (team of 4) took the opportunity to work and aid architects with an experience mapping of the space that was being considered to be redesigned by Boston College to attract next generation intellectual enthusiasts to collaborate and engage more often than they were currently. This was a class team project where the final insights and work were shared with the Vice Provost of Boston College.
Challenge
Boston College aims to promote a cultural shift by redesigning their new facility in tandem with the experiences and interactions they want to give their students. The education world is moving fast and traditional ways are constantly getting challenged. As a team we aimed at interviewing the foremost users of this space in order to find out their unmet needs and expectations with respect to their education at BC.
Aim of this study was to provide experiential suggestions for the new space that could compliment the new age interactions among students and faculties.
CONCEPT DESIGNS FOR THE EXPERIENCE BOOK
This was a fun and educational project that helped me understand the relationships between all the ingredients that are required to build a wholesome experience.
Space is often neglected but it is one of the major element when trying to facilitate healthy and meaningful experience to the users.

This was a team project!
