Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Jo-Ann Boettcher office wanted an every door direct mailer to be developed to target the Lindenhurst community. The concept was to utilize the Post Office’s courier route selection software to target the individual neighborhoods that Jo-Anne Boettcher’s office previously sold homes in, then to showcase those homes on the mailer. We wanted to also showcase the Lindenhurst clock, a newly restored local landmark, to help evoke a sense of community.
