ADVE2291 Digital Design Lab 1: Project 2 Illustrator Techniques
For this project, I redrew the Coke logo with a few different options. The deliverables were a folder with process photos, visual exploration images, the tracing art file, the logo redraw Illustrator file, 2 original pattern designs and a presentation board with the completed logo and patterns. I also had to deliver a folder with a pdf and jpg version of my presentation board and a package of all of the printing documents for it. I learned a few more things about Illustrator like how to make a pattern without just copying the art over and over again. I also learned how to place the same Illustrator file with different artboards in InDesign. Some things that I knew about Illustrator but got a refresher on were using the shape builder tool, the gradient tool, and the type on a path tool.
