I'm fascinated by the beautiful the bird life that can be found here in New Zealand. We're so lucky that it's so diverse and plentiful, with birds that have so much personality.

I painted several of my favourite birds using mainly watercolor, with some gouache and ink, before combining the illustrations together digitally to create two art prints. The prints are designed to compliment one another when hung together, but are also strong enough to be displayed singularly.
