Self massaging Glove for people who suffer arthritis. This beautiful idea was inspired on my mother who was diagnosed with this disease 15 years ago. As my mother there are other 77.000.000 people suffering from rheumatoid Arthritis.

Arthritis is an auto-immune disease that attacks the joints of your body and makes them sore, swollen and sometimes deformed. The principal affected body part are the hands which makes harder to perform basic daily task. The fact is, the older you are, the worse the disease gets. So far, there is not a definitive cure for arthritis.

Arthritis affects 77 millions  of the total population,  2.9 million European citizens and around 650.000 Germans, besides affecting people’s life style Arthritis represents an economic burder for the state as is it one of the main causes for early retirement.

Art-glove is an intelligent self-massaging glove, that relives the pain, stiffness and sallowness of the hands, which are the common symptoms arthritis patients feel every day. 

Its wireless, light and fingerless design allows users to perform daily tasks without any inconvenience or limitations.

With this project I won the contest "The best idea cup" organized by the Hochschule Rhein-Waal. (October 2020).

After this success, I team up with a colleague and together we applied for the Gründerstipendium NRW and got one year founding and coaching for establishing our own company. (November 2020).
