ADVE2291 Design Lab 1: Project 2 Illustrator Techniques
This project was all about learning how to use common tools found in Adobe Illustrator, such as the pen tool, shape builder, gradients, and the pattern maker. By the end, I had different colored replicas of the Coca-Cola logo text on a gradient background on one file, and multiple patterns made from my digital illustrations on another. I have never used Illustrator's patter maker and was actually not aware it existed. I'm glad I can now refer to it in future projects. The pen tool is something that I've been taught in other classes, but I think it's so widely applicable that practice is always a good idea.
