"Bridging the Divide"

The divide we face right now is about people who believe in violence to solve problems and people who don’t. This image I took last Saturday leaves me speechless. You can see on one side there are protestors yelling and throwing rocks at the police. Then, on the other side, there are police ready to defend and fight back. The most incredible thing is, a young African American man runs in between both groups to stop the violence on both sides. A perfect example of showing peace.
