NWOSU migrated to a completely new system of software which affected all departments. While working as the Institutional Research Specialist (a non-creative job), I was asked to produce a short set of instructions for student enrollment based on multiple pages of technical information. I produced an easy-to-follow visual aid for students to self-enroll.

During my time working for the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association, I used my graphic design, writing, and other communication skills to develop content.
