CDAM Summer Art Workshops
The Center for Developmental Arts Manila, headed by visual artist and proprietor Teacher Baldwin Kho, has made itself a prominent institution for providing quality art workshops for children of all ages in the Filipino-Chinese community of Binondo, Manila.
