Erin and I visited Kauai for the first time over Christmas break in 2019 and every day of the trip was a breathtaking adventure. We explored the island as much as we could, from hiking the Kalalau Trail to stargazing on a deserted beach at the complete opposite end of the road that circles most of the way around the island. It was a trip I will never forget, and one that has me longing to return.
