Piaszczysta is undoubtedly one of the most recognisable investments in Krakow. Designed in the style of Little Holland, it fuses the modernity of a big city with the rural serenity and peacefulness of nature. In creating a colour palette that conveys this idea, we were inspired by natural and eco-friendly materials and matched together the hues of sand, wood and brick. Discreet embossing on cardboard enhances the natural simplicity and matt (unglazed) paper brings warmth into the printouts.
In order to accentuate the style that interlinks modernity with sustainability and nature we decided, rather than using a standard folio, to give you a minimalist and aesthetic brochure in which you can store plans of the estate and projections of particular flats. All this can be bound together with elegant black clasps which indicate another crucial quality of the Piaszczysta project: its attention to slightest detail.
